Q: Can I bring a camera and take my own photographs

A: Yes but it’s at your own risk and access to on-track photography is restricted

Q: Can I bring my family & friends to watch

A: Of course, we encourage our customers to bring family and friends along to share in the experience.

Q: When will my voucher arrive

A: Your voucher will be posted immediately on clearance of funds and should be with you within 5 working days, contact us if you don’t receive them within a week of purchase

 Q: What happens on the day

A: The person who has the the voucher will be back and forth between cars and the different experiences booked for them, however friends and family may watch from trackside or from the bar area.

Q: Can my family & friends purchase additional experiences on the day

A: Yes, it is common for guests of our customers to buy additional drives on the day however this will be first come first serve, and they must bring a full valid UK drivers license to take part.

Q: How long will I be at the venue

A: It varies from one experience to another, however it will usually take between 2 hours and a full day so make sure your suitably attired for standing and watching as well as driving.

Q: Do I need any particular clothing

A: No, however it is recommended that you wear the smallest flat soled shoes you own, some of the cars pedals are very close together and wide shoes are not ideal in this instance.

Q: Is there catering available on site

A: Catering will be available at additional cost to yourself at the circuit however you’r welcome to bring packed lunches.

Q: Can I get a refund on a purchase

A: It is not company policy to give refunds please see terms and conditions

 Q: Can I bring my pet dog

A: No, due to the nature of motor sport no animals are allowed unless they are guide animals and on a leash. See terms & conditions
